Reality Border LLC (“Reality Border,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates IQ Cortex, a governed, MCP-native decision and orchestration layer for high-stakes enterprise operations. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect information in connection with the IQ Cortex platform and related websites (e.g., iqcortex.ai). It applies across all IQ Cortex verticals—including Wholesale Carrier Voice (telecom) and other verticals we may offer—and to enterprise customers, their authorized users, and visitors to our sites.

1. Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to:

• Enterprise customers and their personnel who use IQ Cortex under a master service or similar agreement, in any vertical (e.g., telecom/wholesale voice or other domains).
• Website visitors to iqcortex.ai and related pages.

Where your organization has a separate data processing or privacy addendum with Reality Border, that addendum governs to the extent it conflicts with this policy.

2. What IQ Cortex Is (Context for Data)

IQ Cortex is a governed, MCP-native decision and orchestration layer for high-stakes enterprise operations. It is delivered as a platform with vertical-specific editions (e.g., Wholesale Carrier Voice for telecom and other industries). For each vertical, IQ Cortex provides a semantic layer over domain-specific operational data, decision tools, and approval-gated actions—all designed to integrate into your existing tools (copilots, ITSM, dashboards, APIs). Data handling is built around minimization, sovereignty, and auditability.

3. Data We Collect and How We Use It

3.1 Account and Access Data

To provide and secure the platform we may collect and process: account identifiers, contact details (name, email, phone, role), SSO/identity provider attributes (as configured by your organization), IP addresses, and access logs (who accessed which tools, when, and from where). We use this to provision access, enforce RBAC, support you, and meet security and audit requirements.

3.2 Operational Data Processed by IQ Cortex

IQ Cortex is designed to process only the data necessary for each capability and vertical. Depending on your deployment and configuration:

• Data-at-source: We retrieve the minimum fields required for a given tool call. PII and sensitive fields are subject to redaction policies by default.
• Canonical objects: The platform normalizes data into a domain-specific semantic layer for your vertical (e.g., in telecom: usage records, invoices, incidents, routes; in other verticals: the objects relevant to that domain). Where records include identifiers or PII, we apply policy-based masking and retention in line with your instructions and applicable law.
• Evidence and audit: Decision outputs, evidence bundles, and tool-call logs may be stored in immutable, hashed form for dispute resolution and compliance. Retention follows your contract and our legal obligations.

3.3 Website and Marketing

When you visit iqcortex.ai we may collect device and browser information, referral URLs, and usage patterns (e.g., pages viewed). We use this to improve the site and, where you have opted in or we have a lawful basis, to communicate about IQ Cortex. We do not sell your personal information for marketing.

4. Legal Bases (Where Applicable)

We process personal data where: (a) necessary to perform our contract with you or your organization; (b) necessary for our legitimate interests (e.g., security, product improvement, fraud prevention), balanced against your rights; (c) required by law; or (d) with your consent where we ask for it explicitly.

5. Data Sovereignty and Deployment

We respect enterprise-grade data residency requirements. IQ Cortex can be deployed on-premises, in your cloud, or in a hybrid model so that your operational data remains within your governed environment unless you explicitly authorize otherwise. For SaaS or shared components, we specify data locations in your agreement and honor applicable transfer restrictions.

6. Security and Auditability

We implement technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including: access control (RBAC/ABAC), encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, and secure development practices. Every tool call and material action within IQ Cortex can be recorded in immutable logs—including actor, data scope accessed, and outcome—so that activity is tamper-evident and integrable with your SIEM and compliance processes.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with:

• Service providers (e.g., hosting, monitoring, support) under strict contractual and technical safeguards.
• Your organization and designated contacts for account and operational purposes.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not use your operational data for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models in a way that identifies you or your organization.

8. Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, your contract, and legal obligations. Audit logs and evidence bundles may be kept for longer where required for dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, or litigation hold. You may request deletion of personal data subject to applicable exceptions.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; restrict or object to certain processing; data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. 10. International Transfers

Where we transfer personal data outside your country, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions) as required by applicable law.

For material changes we will provide additional notice (e.g., email or in-product) where appropriate. Continued use of IQ Cortex after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy to the extent permitted by your agreement.
